Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority (WDBA) is pleased to present its first annual report.

The annual report covers the 2014-2015 fiscal year and work undertaken during that time to set up the corporation and to begin pre-procurement activities toward launching the public-private partnership (P3) procurement to deliver the Gordie Howe International Bridge.

Gordie Howe International Bridge workers recognized for lifesaving actions

In November 2023, two Gordie Howe International Bridge workers rescued four members of the public from a capsized boat in the frigid waters of the Detroit River. Now, their life-saving efforts are being recognized with Fluor’s Silver Medallion of Safety.
