GORDIE HOWE INTERNATIONAL BRIDGE RECOGNIZED WITH PRESTIGIOUS AWARD
WINDSOR, ONTARIO – Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority (WDBA) is pleased that the Gordie Howe International Bridge project is the recipient of the 2017 Engineering Project of the Year Award presented as part of the CG/LA's Project of the Year Awards at the 10th Global Infrastructure Leadership Forum in Montreal.
The Gordie Howe International Bridge project is a once-in-a-generation undertaking. Not only will the project deliver much-needed transportation improvements for international travellers, it will also provide jobs and opportunities for growth to the Windsor-Detroit region and includes features that make this project truly distinctive.
