"The Short-Listed Respondents represent the best in diverse international and local businesses and we look forward to the innovation, approaches and techniques these teams will bring to the table in response to the Request for Proposals.
"The evaluation process developed by WDBA was based on best practices. It was thorough, rigorous and transparent and overseen by an independent Fairness Monitor.
"WDBA management and staff are to be congratulated for their efforts in bringing the Gordie Howe International Bridge one step closer to start of construction.”
