Access to information and Privacy (ATIP) Requests

The Access to Information Act gives Canadian citizens and permanent residents the right to access to information in federal government records.

WDBA posts summaries of completed Access to Information requests processed by its office since July 30, 2014.

To make an access to information and privacy request, please complete and forward this form for information requests and this form for privacy requests or your written request to Heather Grondin, WDBA Access to Information and Privacy Coordinator, 100 Ouellette Avenue, 4th floor, Windsor, Ontario, N9A 6T3 or by email at Each request is subject to a $5 application fee made payable to Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority. There is no application fee for a request a made under the Privacy Act.

Section 72 of both the Access to Information Act and of the Privacy Act require that the head of every government institute shall prepare, for submission to Parliament, an annual report on the administrations of the Acts during each fiscal year.
