WINDSOR, ONTARIO – The following statement was issued today by Bryce Phillips, Chief Executive Officer - Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority

“Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority (WDBA) is honoured to welcome Mr. Tim Murphy as Chair of the Board of Directors. 

Mr. Murphy is an experienced infrastructure lawyer, company director and law firm manager with extensive experience in government. As a lawyer, Mr. Murphy has advised national and international clients in more than 100 infrastructure projects in Canada. He will join existing Board members in bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the Gordie Howe International Bridge project. 

The Board of Directors plays an important role for the project. They are responsible for overseeing the business activities and other affairs of WDBA as we continue to advance progress on the Gordie Howe International Bridge project.”
